Terms of Use

Last updated: October 29, 2026

These terms apply when you use RealOS, on the web at app.getrealos.com or in the RealOS apps for iPhone and Android. RealOS is provided by Solutions Resource Group, a company of TMS73 LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using RealOS, you agree to these terms. If you're using RealOS for a business, you agree to them on that business's behalf. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Your account

You must be at least 18 to use RealOS. Give us accurate information when you sign up and keep it current. You're responsible for keeping your password and sign-in codes private and for everything done with your account. Tell us right away at admin@srgstl.com if you think someone else has used it.

Organizations

RealOS is organized around organizations - an agent's business and the people who work in it. The organization's owners decide who belongs to it, what each member can do, which modules it uses, and which outside accounts it connects. Information added to an organization, including contacts, transactions and connected accounts, belongs to that organization and is visible to its members according to their role. If you invite people to your organization, you're responsible for who you invite and for removing anyone who should no longer have access.

Plans and billing

Some features of RealOS require a paid subscription. Prices and what each plan includes are shown in the app before you subscribe. If we offer a free trial, your subscription starts when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled, and are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page; cancelling stops future charges, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments aren't refundable. If we change our prices, we'll tell you in advance, and the new price applies from your next billing period.

Your data

You own the information you and your organization put into RealOS. You give us permission to store, copy, process and display it only as needed to provide RealOS to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for having the right to store the information you add - including information about your clients and contacts - and for using it in line with the laws that apply to you, such as privacy, real estate and marketing laws. You can export or delete your information, or delete your account, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Connected services

RealOS can connect to services run by other companies - for example, Plaid for bank accounts, Google, Microsoft, Apple, Yahoo and HubSpot for contacts, and Amazon through the RealOS browser extension. When you connect one, you authorize us to access it on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy, and your use of that service is also governed by its own terms. We're not responsible for those services, for their availability, or for the accuracy of the information they send us. You can disconnect them at any time.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, you agree to receive account texts from RealOS, such as sign-in and verification codes. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Opting out may mean you can't use features that rely on a texted code.

Acceptable use

When using RealOS, don't:

Not professional advice

RealOS helps you organize your business, including your books. Reports, categories, suggestions (including AI-generated suggestions) and other information in RealOS are provided to help you, not as accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. You're responsible for checking your records and for decisions you make with them; talk to a qualified professional for advice about your situation.

Our service

RealOS, including its software, design and content, belongs to us and our licensors. These terms give you the right to use RealOS while your account is active; they don't give you any other rights to it. We're always improving RealOS, so we may add, change or remove features. We work to keep RealOS available and your information safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.

Ending your use

You can stop using RealOS and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if your payments fail, or if we need to in order to protect RealOS, other users or the law. Where reasonable, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to export your information. If we stop offering RealOS altogether, we'll give you reasonable notice. Sections that by their nature should continue - such as those about your data, disclaimers, limits on liability and disputes - continue after your account ends.

Disclaimers

RealOS is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of RealOS, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability for any claim relating to RealOS is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for RealOS in the 12 months before the claim and $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Indemnity

If someone brings a claim against us because of information you put into RealOS, or because you used RealOS in a way that breaks these terms or the law, you agree to cover the losses and reasonable costs that result.

Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to RealOS or these terms will be heard in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, please contact us at admin@srgstl.com so we can try to resolve it informally.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let you know in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using RealOS after the changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.

General

These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about RealOS. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a part of these terms right away, we can still enforce it later. You can't transfer these terms to someone else without our permission; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business.
