RealOS is a suite of tools for real estate agents, available on the web at app.getrealos.com and as mobile apps for iPhone and Android. RealOS is provided by Solutions Resource Group, a company of TMS73 LLC ("we", "us"). This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

To create and run your account, we collect:

Information about your clients

When you add information about your own clients and contacts, you control it. We store and process it only to provide RealOS to you, we don't contact your clients for our own purposes, and we never sell it or use it for marketing. You're responsible for having the right to store that information, as you would with any other business tool.

Connected bank accounts (Plaid)

RealOS's accounting tools let an organization's owner connect business bank and credit card accounts so their transactions can be brought into the organization's books. We use Plaid Inc. ("Plaid") to make these connections. When you connect an account, you sign in to your bank through Plaid, and your bank username and password go only to Plaid - RealOS never sees or stores them. By connecting an account, you acknowledge that Plaid will collect and use information from your bank in accordance with the Plaid End User Privacy Policy.

From Plaid, we receive and store only what we need to keep your books:

We do not receive or store full account or routing numbers, balances, or your bank login. This information belongs to the organization that connected it and is visible to that organization's members in RealOS. We use it only to show, categorize and report on the organization's finances (for example, profit and loss statements). We never sell it, and we never use it for advertising or share it for anyone else's marketing.

An owner can disconnect a bank at any time from the Banking page. Disconnecting tells Plaid to revoke our access and deletes our connection token; transactions already brought in stay in the organization's books until the organization is deleted. You can also manage the connections you've shared through Plaid at my.plaid.com.

RealOS browser extension (Amazon orders)

The optional RealOS extension for Chrome and Microsoft Edge lets you add what each Amazon charge was for to your organization's books. It only works when you start a sync from the Import page in RealOS. It then reads your Amazon account in a background tab of your own browser, using the Amazon session you're already signed in with. RealOS never asks for, sees or stores your Amazon username or password, and nothing signs in to Amazon for you.

For the period you choose, the extension reads and sends to your RealOS account:

It does not read or send payment card numbers, your addresses, your browsing history, or any other part of your Amazon account. The extension only runs on amazon.com and on RealOS's own site. It has no analytics or tracking, and it sends what it reads only to RealOS, not to us or anyone else for any other purpose.

In RealOS, we use the order details only to match them to the Amazon charges from your connected accounts and to help you categorize those charges. Like your bank transactions, they belong to your organization, are visible to its members, are never sold, and are never used for advertising. You can undo a sync from the Import page, which removes the orders it brought in. You can remove the extension at any time from your browser's extensions page.

Synced contacts (Google, Microsoft, iCloud and others)

RealOS's Contacts lets you connect an account you already keep contacts in, so those contacts appear in RealOS and stay up to date. You can connect Google Contacts, Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft 365, or HubSpot by signing in with that provider, which asks you to approve RealOS's access - RealOS never sees your password for those accounts. Apple iCloud, Yahoo and other CardDAV services are connected with an app-specific password you create with that provider, which we store encrypted and use only to read your contacts.

Our access is read-only: RealOS never adds, changes or deletes anything in your connected account, and changes you make in RealOS aren't sent back to it. From the connected account we read:

We store the contacts in your organization's Contacts, where they're visible to its members like any contact you add yourself, along with the provider's ID for each one so later updates go to the right contact. We also store the access granted by the provider (or the app-specific password), encrypted, so RealOS can bring in changes about once an hour. We use this information only to show and keep your contacts up to date in RealOS. We never sell it, never use it for advertising, and never share it with anyone else.

RealOS's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The member who connected an account, or an owner, can disconnect it at any time from the Sync page in Contacts. Disconnecting deletes the access we stored and stops syncing (for Google, we also ask Google to revoke our access). Contacts already brought in stay in your organization's Contacts until you delete them, or until the organization is deleted. You can also remove RealOS's access from your account settings with the provider - for example, at myaccount.google.com/connections for Google or account.live.com/consent/Manage for a personal Microsoft account.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we send you account verification texts, such as sign-in codes and codes to confirm sensitive actions like connecting a bank account. Message frequency varies with how you use RealOS, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Your mobile number and text-messaging consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes; we share your number only with our texting provider, to deliver our messages.

How we use your information

We use your information only to operate RealOS: to sign you in, store and show your data, send you notifications and account emails (such as password resets), provide support, and keep the service secure. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Sharing

We don't sell or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing. We share it only with the service providers we rely on to run RealOS - for example, our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services), our payment processor (Stripe), our bank-connection provider (Plaid), our texting provider (Telnyx), our push-notification provider (Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, which also delivers through Apple's push service on iPhone) and our email provider - and only as needed to deliver the service. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Data security and retention

Your data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on secured servers with encrypted storage. Bank connection tokens from Plaid are additionally encrypted by RealOS, and connecting or disconnecting a bank requires a code texted to the owner's phone. Access to our production systems is limited to authorized personnel and protected by multi-factor authentication.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal information and the data you've added, except for limited records we're legally required to keep. When an organization is deleted, we revoke its bank connections with Plaid and delete its connected accounts, transactions and books.

Your choices and deleting your account

You can update your profile at any time from your account settings, and you can turn push notifications off in your device settings. You can delete your account and its data at any time from your profile page in the app, or by emailing admin@srgstl.com from the address on your account and asking us to delete it.

Children

RealOS is a professional tool intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let you know in the app or by email.
